or without a field engineer, are delivered within 4 hours
of determining that part replacement is required (24 hours
a day, 7 days a week). |
24x7x2 |
|
24/7, 2 hour response: Advanced replacement parts, with
or without a field engineer, are delivered within 2 hours
of determining that part replacement is required (24 hours
a day, 7 days a week). |
