  8 to 5, next business day: Advanced replacement parts, with or without a field engineer, are delivered the next business day from 9 .am. to 5 p.m., provided the request is received before 3 p.m. local time.
8x5x4
  8 to 5, 4 hour response: Advanced replacement parts, with or without a field engineer, are delivered within 4 hours of determining that part replacement is required (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
24x7x4
  24/7, 4 hour response: Advanced replacement parts, with or without a field engineer, are delivered within 4 hours of determining that part replacement is required (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
24x7x2
  24/7, 2 hour response: Advanced replacement parts, with or without a field engineer, are delivered within 2 hours of determining that part replacement is required (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
