En Pointe sells Sony extended warranty coverage on desktops through the plan listed below. Onsite Service 2-4 year plans available. Onsite service plans provide convenient service repair in your home or at your office to make sure your product is performing properly. Onsite service is scheduled with you by an Authorized Sony Service Provider. There are no out of pocket costs for onsite repairs for covered repairs. In the event a repair cannot be performed onsite, the service plan will pay for all shipping costs to make sure your Sony product is repaired and delivered back to you.
