En Pointe sells Sony extended warranty coverage on notebooks through any of the plans listed below.

Onsite Service with Accidental Damage Protection (ADP)
2-4 year plans available.
Accidental Damage Protection protects your Sony product against accidental damage during the full term of the plan for covered repairs. The plan offers the same benefits as Onsite Service and will repair or replace eligible parts in your Sony product that are damaged by impacts, drops, spilled liquids, power surges and accidental causes. The service plan covers all parts, labor and shipping costs to make sure your Sony product is repaired and delivered back to you. Coverage begins on date of service plan purchase.

Onsite service plans with accidental damage protection include:

  • Complete protection against unexpected, costly service bills
  • Coverage on all VAIO Notebooks
  • All covered parts and labor for the term of your Service Plan
ADP (Accidental Damage Protection) protects your VAIO Notebook against damaged caused by drops or spills during full term of the contract

Express Ship
1-4 year extensions available.
The Express Ship plan allows you to deliver your Sony product directly to a Sony Service center for repair. There are never shipping costs for covered repairs under this plan. You will receive a pre-paid box and label to send in your product via express freight. An Express Ship plan covers all parts, labor and freight costs to make sure your Sony product is conveniently repaired and delivered back to you. Coverage begins when your Sony Limited Warranty expires.

Express Ship service plans include:
  • Complete protection against unexpected, costly service bills
  • Coverage on all VAIO Notebooks
  • All covered parts and labor for the term of your Service Plan
  • Lightning/surge protection
  • 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a-week, 365-day-a-year access to service representatives via     toll-free number
Onsite Service
2-5 year plans available.
Onsite Service plans provide convenient service repair in your home or at your office to make sure your product is performing properly. Onsite service is scheduled with you by an Authorized Sony Service Provider. There are no out of pocket costs for onsite repairs for covered repairs. In the event a repair cannot be performed onsite, the service plan will pay for all shipping costs to make sure your Sony product is repaired and delivered back to you. Coverage begins on date of service plan purchase.

  • All covered parts and labor for the term of your Service Plan
